IT Applications Manager

The IT Applications Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, support, and optimization of business applications across the organization. This role ensures that enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and custom systems are aligned with business goals and operate efficiently. The Applications Manager leads cross-functional teams in delivering projects, managing vendor relationships, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining system security and performance.

They act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department to drive digital transformation and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and support of business applications to ensure optimal performance and business alignment.
• Manage system integration efforts, ensuring smooth data flow between applications and alignment with operational processes.
• Coordinate user support, training, documentation, and resolution of issues in collaboration with team.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.

• PMP
• ITIL
• TOGAF
• Other relevant certifications in application management or enterprise systems.
