Saudi Information Systems (SIS) is seeking a Technical Authority – NFVI to provide advanced 2nd line support across cloud infrastructure and IP domains. This role is essential for ensuring service stability, optimal performance, and adherence to SLA-driven managed services operations.

Job Description

As a Technical Authority – NFVI, you will act as a senior escalation point for cloud infrastructure and IP-related issues, supporting mission-critical telecom and IT platforms. You will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting, system optimization, and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers to manage system performance, software upgrades, and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd line technical support for Cloud Infrastructure and IP environments
  • Handle incident, problem, and fault management in line with SLA requirements
  • Manage system configuration, access control, and user administration
  • Support CSR handling, audits, and customer service requests
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration
  • Support software lifecycle management including upgrades and patching
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders for issue resolution
  • Manage third-party hardware and ensure continuous platform availability
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong experience in Cloud Infrastructure and IP networking environments
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, configuration, and system support
  • Good understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Experience in service assurance, audits, and operational compliance
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a managed services, SLA-driven environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience working in telecom or service provider environments
  • Knowledge of virtualization and NFVI platforms
  • Exposure to multi-vendor infrastructure and cloud ecosystems
  • Familiarity with monitoring and performance management tools
