This pipeline helps us create a talent pool for multiple S&C Academy cohorts planned throughout the year. The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career.
Responsibilities- Successfully complete a structured 12‑month learn‑and‑apply academy program.
- Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real‑customer engagement scenarios.
- Support solution implementation activities including fit‑to‑standard analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and go‑live using SAP Activate.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution components under guidance.
- Define IT landscapes and integration points aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
- Support post‑go‑live adoption activities, including enablement planning and release adoption.
- Monitor usage, consumption indicators, KPIs, and value‑realization metrics.
- Contribute to Outcome Success Plans and track post‑deployment business impact.
- Leverage AI‑enabled tools to enhance delivery quality, adoption insights, and documentation efficiency.
- Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners, Enterprise Architects, delivery teams, and partners to maintain alignment.
- Apply SAP methodologies, agile practices, and integrated tool chains for high‑quality project execution.
- Advance continuous improvement of delivery standards, knowledge assets, and customer experience.
- Support customer relationships through consistent delivery quality, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Ensure disciplined execution, documentation, and follow‑up across implementation and adoption activities.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep roles, responsibilities, and ownership clear.
- Identify risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planning.
- Align customer objectives, SAP recommendations, and realized outcomes.
- Uphold SAP standards for quality, governance, and engagement excellence.
- STEM degree or equivalent technology experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in technology, consulting, or related fields with exposure to enterprise application environments.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into scalable end‑to‑end solution designs, including integration points and applicable standards.
- Foundational understanding of the SAP product portfolio, interoperability, and the full implementation life‑cycle.
- Experience in SAP S/4
HANA Cloud and/or SAP BTP environments. - Working knowledge of SAP HANA data modeling, ABAP, data management, GRC, and core security concepts (SSO, authorization management).
- Familiarity with hybrid/multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integration concepts/APIs.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., ABAP, Python, JavaScript, SQL).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a client‑focused mindset and interest in AI/automation‑driven innovation.
- SAP coursework or certification in SAP Technology is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic to engage with our global and local network.
