- As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor s degree in Information Security, Digital Forensic Sciences or related field, andhave at least 5 years of experience performing digital forensicexaminations.
- Proficient in Guidance Software s EnCase forensicexamination software, mobile device analysis, and digital forensic best practices.
Must be certified as an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE).Additional digital forensic certifications such as Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE), andmobile device forensic certifications are beneficial. - Possess excellent problem solving skills and a high degree of adaptability.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both orally and in written English.
- Independentlyperform any or all aspects of a digital forensic examination,including: evidence handling, forensic acquisition, processing,analysis, and reporting.
- Mentor and train other forensic scientists in advanced digital forensic tools, techniques, and procedures.
- Provide specialist consultative services to other forensic scientists, and investigative clients, including inter alia participation in the interview of subjects and witnesses.
