We are seeking an IT Coordinator to act as a non‑site resource responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between CoorB teams and downstream Client’s teams. The role focuses on supporting the release lifecycle, maintaining alignment across teams, and promoting smooth, high‑quality deliveries. The IT Coordinator will serve as a central point of communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that releases are executed efficiently with minimal risks or delays.
- Act as the primary liaison between CoorB teams and downstream Client’s teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Coordinate and track end‑to‑end release activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery of releases
- Support the release cycle by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues when needed
- Facilitate cross‑team collaboration to ensure dependencies, timelines, and deliverables are clearly managed
- Organize and lead release‑related meetings (planning, readiness, status updates) and follow up on action items
- Maintain release documentation, status reports, and communication updates for stakeholders
- Monitor delivery health and promote best practices to ensure consistent and high‑quality releases
- Support testing, deployment coordination, and post‑release validation activities
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, change management, and release standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in IT coordination, project coordination, or release management
- Experience working in cross‑functional environments with multiple teams (e.g., development, QA, operations)
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release processes
