We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cybersecurity Sales Manager to drive the growth of our security portfolio. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and critical business needs. If you have a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of success in technology sales, we want you on our team to help our clients secure their digital assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the cybersecurity market.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing high-value enterprise deals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your technical background to deeply understand their security challenges and propose tailored, effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical pre-sales and engineering teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and technical presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives (CISOs, CIOs).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field).
  • Experience:

    A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience, combining a solid technical background with extensive, proven experience in IT and Technical Sales.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including network security, cloud security architecture, endpoint protection, and risk management frameworks.
  • Sales Expertise:
    Demonstrated ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles, manage a robust pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Skills

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to seamlessly translate highly technical concepts into clear, compelling business value for non‑technical decision‑makers.
