We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cybersecurity Sales Manager to drive the growth of our security portfolio. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and critical business needs. If you have a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of success in technology sales, we want you on our team to help our clients secure their digital assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the cybersecurity market.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your technical background to deeply understand their security challenges and propose tailored, effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with technical pre-sales and engineering teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and technical presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives (CISOs, CIOs).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape to refine sales strategies.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field). - Experience:
A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience, combining a solid technical background with extensive, proven experience in IT and Technical Sales. - Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including network security, cloud security architecture, endpoint protection, and risk management frameworks. - Sales Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles, manage a robust pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to seamlessly translate highly technical concepts into clear, compelling business value for non‑technical decision‑makers.
