Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for experienced and motivated technologists who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. As a Senior Solutions Architect you will assist and shape the future of digitally native customers, partnering with AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.

In collaboration with sales, you will drive revenue growth across a set of customers, acting as a trusted advocate to help organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud solutions and migration to the cloud.

The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, with a proven track record in software/technology sales or consulting, and can connect technology with measurable business value. Strategic thinking about business, products, and technical challenges is critical.

• Build and migrate applications, software, and services on the AWS platform in partnership with the sales team, formulating and executing a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives.
• Own the overall technical relationship between customers and AWS, recommending best practices in security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful cloud deployment.
• Conduct training sessions (one‑to‑few and one‑to‑many) to transfer knowledge to customers using or considering AWS.
• Capture and share best‑practice knowledge among the AWS solutions architect community.

• Enjoy working with dynamic customers, passionate about educating, training, and building cloud solutions.
• Possess strong understanding of large‑scale computing solutions and past experience as a systems engineer/architect.
• Hone existing technical skills and develop new ones to contribute to deep architecture discussions.
• Participate in deep‑dive education and design exercises to create world‑class solutions built on AWS.

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• English and Arabic fluency required.

• Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.
• Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
