Network Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and high

• fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate networks and in‑house servers
• Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
• Ensure network security, connectivity, and high availability
• Monitor network performance (availability, latency, throughput, goodput) and identify weaknesses
• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions
• Support VoIP and CCTV infrastructure
• Administer third‑party applications and systems
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
• Resolve network and end‑user technical issues
• Define network architecture, policies, and procedures
• Specify system requirements and design scalable solutions
• Research and recommend improvements for server and network systems
• Ensure continuous updates, patching, and system optimization

• Proven experience in network administrator / network engineering role
• Strong hands‑on experience in networking, routing, and switching (Cisco, HP, Juniper)
• CCNP Routing & Switching or equivalent certification required
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (MPLS, EIGRP, etc.)
• Excellent experience with VoIP and CCTV systems
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, remote access implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Strong knowledge of server infrastructure management, monitoring, and best practices
• Ability to install, configure, and integrate server hardware and applications
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, latency) and perform analysis
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and authentication
• Define and implement network policies and procedures
  
  Strong ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT networks and infrastructure
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology et IT
