** Job Description**## Overview##Provide first-line operational and technical support for systems, facilities, and user queries to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.##

Your role ##
* Receive, log, and manage incidents and service requests through helpdesk systems.
* Provide initial troubleshooting for IT, ITS, and facilities-related issues.
* Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams and track resolution.
* Ensure timely closure of tickets in line with SLAs.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions.
* Support reporting on system performance and recurring issues.## About you##
* Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* Minimum 1+ year experience in helpdesk or technical support roles.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
* Basic troubleshooting skills in IT systems and applications.
