Sr. AI Architect

Position Summary

We are hiring our first AI Architect to establish and lead the foundation of our AI department. This pivotal role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution — from designing AI architecture and defining deployment strategies to developing production-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience building and deploying applications usingVibe Codeand will be responsible for shaping our AI initiatives across government and SME ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy, Architecture & Development

• Define and implement the organization’s AI roadmap, including technical architecture, hosting frameworks, and deployment strategies for on-premise and hybrid environments.
• Architect scalable AI/ML models tailored for cybersecurity, governance, and compliance use cases.
• Design LLM-based virtual CISO (vCISO) chatbot systems using modern AI models (e.g., Claude
  
  V2, GPT-4) to simulate strategic decision-making.
• Build advanced document analysis and comparison systems, enabling intelligent data extraction, policy gap detection, and pattern recognition across unstructured records.
• Develop and deploy production applications usingVibe Coding platforms like Lovable, Bolt.
  
  New, Base 44, etc., ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Integration, Scalability & Operations

• Create modular architectures compatible with enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Design robustMLOps/LLMOpspipelines for continuous model delivery, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems, including security and data governance tools.

Security, Compliance & On-Prem Readiness

• Implement AI solutions adhering toPCI DSS,GDPR,PDPL, andNISTstandards.
• Prioritize secure foundations through encryption, access control, and vulnerability hardening.
• Oversee AI deployments in government and regulated environments, ensuring full compliance for on-prem operations.

Leadership & Team Building

• Serve as the founding member of the AI department, participating in early hiring and team formation.
• Mentor data, Dev Ops, and development teams on AI best practices and integration principles.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Education:Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or Computer Science (PhD preferred).
• Experience:8+ years in AI/ML architecture and development, with at least 1 year in cybersecurity applications.(Preferable)
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency inTensor
  
  Flow, Py Torch , and large language models (LLMs) such asGPT-4,Claude V2 , etc.
• Strong command ofMLOps tools(Kubeflow, MLflow) andDev Ops workflows(Git, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Familiarity with document comparison, NLP, and anomaly detection systems.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience deploying AI in regulated sectors (e.g., government, finance, healthcare).
• Background in hybrid and on-prem AI hosting, Data Mesh, or Lakehouse architectures.
• Clear communicator with an ability to align technical outcomes with business goals.
