You will lead high‑impact projects that help customers transform their businesses throughSAP implementations and AI‑enabled solutions. Your work will directly influence customer outcomes, technology adoption, and long‑term partnerships across the Middle East.

In this role, you will:

• Driveend‑to‑end deliveryof complex projects spanning multiple business units, partners, and vendors.
• Shape customer engagements early by contributing tobid and proposal activities, defining delivery approach, governance, scope, and risk.
• Ensure alignment between customer business objectives and project outcomes, with a strong focus onAI adoption and value realization.
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, building sustainable, long‑term relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑organizational teams to deliver quality outcomes in complex environments.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations, taking ownership of de‑escalation and recovery activities when needed.
• Contribute to the evolution of delivery models and long‑term concepts that strengthen how projects are executed regionally.

What you bring

You bring structured project management expertise, strong stakeholder skills, and a collaborative mindset. You are comfortable operating across cultures, navigating ambiguity, and staying focused on outcomes.

You bring:

• 2–5 years of project management experiencedelivering medium‑scale, medium‑risk projects.
• Experience leadingcross‑functional and distributed teamswithin a formal project management methodology.
• Hands‑on experience managing full project lifecycle artifacts (e.g., project charter, plans, schedules, budgets, financials, and reporting).
• Strong capability inproject financial management, including tracking actuals, forecasting, and communicating financial status.
• Proven experience managing scope, quality, issues, and risks to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working within contractual delivery frameworks, including formal review and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present delivery approaches clearly.
• Cultural awareness and experience working with customers and teams across different countries and nationalities.
• Fluency inEnglishis required;Arabic is a strong advantage
