TOSCA Automation Architect:
A Tosca Automation Architect designs, develops, and maintains codeless, model-based test automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca to enhance application quality. Responsibilities include creating reusable test components (Modules), executing functional/regression tests for web/mobile applications, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and driving risk-based testing strategies to optimize release frequency and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Test Automation Design:
Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca’s model-based approach.Framework Development:
Build and enhance automation frameworks using best practices, including reusability, modularity, and risk-based testing.Integration & Execution:
Integrate Tosca with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and manage distributed execution for faster testing.Requirement Analysis:
Translate manual functional test cases and business requirements (from Jira) into automated scripts.Defect Management:
Analyze test execution reports to identify defects, debug automated scripts, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.Mentorship:
Provide training and guidance on Tosca best practices and new features to team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Core Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca .Technologies:
Experience automating Web, API, and Mobile applications.Methodologies:
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Dev Ops practices.
