Systems Engineer, IT Project Manager
The candidate will serve as a Senior Project Manager / IT Manager responsible for leading ICT and technology infrastructure delivery on a large-scale amusement and hospitality project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires 5–10 years of experience in infrastructure projects for major assets (for example theme parks, hotels, or campuses), a strong technical background across telecom, LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi, data centres and service‑provider connectivity, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and design teams.
IMPORTANT:
The position requires flexibility, as you will work 50% remotely from Poland and 50% onsite at the customer’s offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving regular business travel, standard workweek Sunday–Thursday.
- Lead planning, coordination and delivery of ICT infrastructure design and implementation across project phases.
- Chair and facilitate design meetings and technical workshops with internal and external design teams and stakeholders.
- Translate technical designs and options into clear business impacts and decision-making inputs for stakeholders.
- Manage design reviews, project timelines, issue identification, escalation and closure to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with service providers, network vendors and data‑centre teams to define connectivity and infrastructure requirements.
- Ensure technical solutions align with project operational requirements, reliability standards and future scalability.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with all project stakeholders and prepare concise status updates and technical summaries as required.
- 5–10 years of experience managing ICT / technology infrastructure projects for large assets (e.g., theme parks, hotels, campuses) or similarly complex environments.
- Solid technical understanding of telecom systems, LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi architectures, data centre design and service‑provider connectivity.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience running design meetings and technical workshops.
- Demonstrable ability to translate technical designs into business impacts and align diverse stakeholder groups.
- Track record of meeting deadlines and delivering outcomes within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Required working pattern: 50% remotely from Poland and 50% onsite at the customer’s office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; standard workweek Sunday–Thursday.
- Preferred experience:
managing design reviews and timelines, issue escalation and closure; prior work on large venues or hospitality assets. - Preferred (not mandatory) certifications: PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL, Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent.
