AboutThe Role
This role requires a techno‑commercial candidate with technical experience and a sales/business approach, with 5+ years in a similar position.
Responsibilities- Research and identify potential clients for Microsoft services, focusing on high‑value opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct consultations, tailored presentations, and software demos to understand client needs and showcase value.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, effectively closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long‑term partnerships.
- Perform market and vendor competitive analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, proposals, and contracts; provide performance forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing on strategies, collateral, and case studies.
- Stay abreast of product updates and communicate value to clients.
- Gather and analyze client feedback for service improvement.
- Meet or exceed gross profit targets and revenue objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem‑solving.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Pursue continuous personal and professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, CS, or any relevant field.
- Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) concepts.
- 5+ years of experience in a techno‑commercial role.
- Virtualization technologies.
- Cloud platforms (preferably Oracle Cloud or equivalent).
- Digital workspace solutions.
- Data management and protection offerings.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients.
- Experience with Microsoft, HPE, VMware, Citrix, Veritas, Oracle, McAfee, Barracuda, Alien Vault, Manage Engine, Symantec, GFI Software, Red Hat, Phish Rod, Digicert, Veeam, Forcepoint, and Fire Eye.
