Job Description / ResponsibilityLumera – International Residence Hotel is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and technically strong Project Manager with solid expertise in hotel technology infrastructure, systems integration, and pre-opening project execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the complete hotel IT ecosystem setup, managing vendor coordination, ensuring system integration, and achieving full operational readiness before hotel opening.
This position is ideal for project management professionals with prior international exposure, particularly within the hospitality industry and Gulf region.
Hotel Technology Ecosystem Setup and Operation Readiness1. IT Infrastructure Setup & Deployment
- Design, install and commission complete hotel IT infrastructure.
- Configure Core Network, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, Fiber, Structured Cabling and Internet connectivity.
- Deploy Server Room, Rack, UPS and power redundancy.
- Ensure high availability architecture for 24/7 hotel operations.
- Install, configure and support hospitality applications:
- PMS (Property Management System)
- POS (Restaurant & Billing)
- ERP
- HR & Payroll
- CRM
- Booking & Reservation integration
- Ensure seamless integration among hotel platforms.
- Implement and maintain:
- Guest Wi‑Fi
- Smart Room Control
- IPTV
- Ensure premium digital guest experience.
- Manage and support:
- CCTV & VMS
- Access Control
- Biometric System
- Public Address System
- Video Intercom
- Coordinate with contractors during testing and commissioning.
- Implement IT security policy and access control.
- Configure Firewall, VPN, Endpoint Protection and Backup.
- Conduct vulnerability assessment and risk mitigation.
- Maintain compliance with company and local standards.
- Manage Virtualization, Storage, Backup and Disaster Recovery.
- Monitor server health and system performance.
- Maintain uptime targets and incident response procedures.
- Prepare SOP, documentation and asset inventory.
- Conduct preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors.
- Review technical drawings and BOQ.
- Monitor project timeline and technology delivery.
- Lead UAT, testing and go‑live readiness.
- Train hotel staff on all IT systems.
- Prepare user manuals and support documents.
- Ensure Day‑1 operational readiness before hotel opening.
