Project Manager, IT Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle for digital banking and financial services initiatives (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
• Own delivery plans, milestones, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risk management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage delivery in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery governance and execution practices
• Stakeholder & Governance Management
• Act as the primary point of contact between Business, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, IT, and vendors
• Facilitate executive steering committees, delivery governance forums, and status reporting
• Ensure delivery alignment with SAMA regulations, internal risk frameworks, and governance standards
• Manage delivery-level escalations, risks, and issue resolution
• Oversee requirements definition and scope management in collaboration with Business Analysts and Product Owners
• Own and govern the delivery backlog, including Epics, features, and delivery sequencing
• Ensure traceability from business objectives through requirements to delivery and benefits realization
• Regulatory & Risk Management
• Ensure delivery accounts for regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements
• Coordinate impact assessments and regulatory change initiatives
• Embed security, privacy, and risk considerations into solution delivery
• Work closely with Architecture and Technology teams to ensure business needs are translated into feasible technical solutions
• Ensure quality standards and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and met prior to go-live
• Lead and motivate cross-functional delivery teams, including internal staff and third-party vendors
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, IT Engineering, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management
• Digital banking platforms
• Payments and remittance solutions
• Customer onboarding and KYC journeys
• Lending or financial product platforms
• Solid knowledge of:
• Core banking environments
• Payment's ecosystem
• KYC / AML frameworks
• Saudi regulatory and compliance landscape (SAMA)
• Proven experience working in Agile, Hybrid, Scrum, and/or SAFe delivery models
• Strong governance, documentation, and reporting discipline
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills
