Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel marketing modes to generate qualified leads and pipeline for our IT infrastructure solutions (e.g. cloud services, data centers, cybersecurity, networking).
- Generate and manage IT infrastructure Leads from initiation to completion including scoping, planning, execution, and closure while ensuring adherence to budgets and quality standards.
- Work closely with the tech team to ensure marketing efforts align with technical objectives, track lead quality, and manage the handoff of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the technical pipeline.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and new opportunities to position company offerings effectively in the Riyadh market.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide actionable insights and reports to management.
- Plan and coordinate promotional activities, webinars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Work closely with the sales team, product development team, designers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that align with business goals and localization—ensuring all messaging and campaigns are culturally relevant and resonant for the local Saudi Arabian audience.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential for this role.
- Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate immediately.
- Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (e.g. cloud computing, networking, data centers, cybersecurity) to effectively market technical solutions; strong interest in technology and the ability to quickly understand and translate complex IT infrastructure concepts into clear, customer‑centric marketing messages.
- Communication
Skills:
Exceptional writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills in required languages. - Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Digital Tools: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, email marketing software, social media management, and web analytics. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the creativity to develop innovative campaigns and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
