Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain the App Dynamics platform ensuring optimal performance and availability for application monitoring.
- Proactively monitor the App Dynamics environment, identifying and resolving issues related to agents, collectors, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain custom dashboards and alerts tailored to specific application performance needs, delivering actionable insights.
- Implement and manage user access and security policies within App Dynamics, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as App Dynamics Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of hands-on experience in application performance monitoring (APM) tools, with a strong focus on App Dynamics.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of application architecture, including Java, .NET, and other common programming languages.
