After‑Sales Service Technician Job Objective
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of computers and smartphones.
Deliver an exceptional service experience ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
Duties and Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers professionally, listening to their technical issues.
- Diagnose faults and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on computers and smartphones (iOS and Android).
- Install operating systems and software, remove viruses, and transfer or restore data.
- Monitor device status and update customers on repair progress.
- Adhere to quality standards and deliver devices on time.
- Carry out replacement or return procedures for defective devices according to company policy.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in computer and smartphone repair.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure.
- Commitment, accuracy, and excellent customer service skills.
