Overview
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of mapping and navigation data across all passenger information systems, supporting seamless journey planning and real‑time updates.
Your role- Maintain and update route alignments, stops, and network data across all mapping platforms.
- Ensure accurate integration of mapping data with journey planning mobile apps and passenger information systems.
- Validate and correct spatial data discrepancies in coordination with planning and operations teams.
- Support real‑time updates related to detours, service disruptions, and network changes.
- Coordinate with ITS teams to ensure alignment between mapping, AVM, and AFC systems.
- Assist in deployment of new routes, stops, and infrastructure within mapping systems.
- Ensure compliance with data standards and mapping accuracy requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in mapping, GIS, or navigation systems, aligned to the role's seniority.
- Proficiency in GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) and mapping platforms (e.g., HERE, Google Maps).
- Experience in transport or mobility systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good coordination skills with technical and operational teams.
