Responsibilities
Provide on-site or remote support to Sequel clients using the MX 3 platform. Gather requirements, design, configure and test the MX 3 platform. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions. Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in the MX 3 platform and drive functional and technical discussions with clients and colleagues. Ensure successful follow-up of client cases from notification to resolution and validation.
Contribute actively to internal Sequel initiatives and assignments, including internal training, documentation writing projects, etc. Provide feedback to team leaders on progress of issues and tasks.
- Engineering degree in software development, telecommunications, or equivalent.
- Master's degree in finance (a plus).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of financial markets and products.
- Excellent communication skills;
English is a must. - Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL.
