OT Cybersecurity Program Director

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end OTICS cybersecurity engagements—from risk assessments and architecture reviews to programme delivery and managed services.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite and operational leadership (CISOs, COOs, plant managers) at major Saudi and regional clients.
• Drive business development: originate, shape, and close deals across energy, utilities, chemicals and critical infrastructure sectors in KSA.
• Define and execute Accenture’s OT security go‑to‑market strategy for the Kingdom in alignment with Vision
  2030 priorities.
• Build, mentor and manage a multidisciplinary OT security team—including Saudi nationals—to meet Saudization objectives.
• Oversee OT‑IT convergence security programs, including network segmentation, secure remote access and asset visibility initiatives.
• Contribute to Accenture’s global OT security practice by sharing KSA insights and shaping global assets, methodologies and offerings.

• 13+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 7years focused on OT,ICS/SCADA environments (energy, utilities, oil & gas, or manufacturing).
• Demonstrated experience working within a management consulting firm or professional services organisation, leading client‑facing advisory and delivery engagements.
• Deep knowledge of OT security frameworks: IEC
  62443, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC standards, NCAECC/OT‑CCC regulations (KSA context strongly preferred).
• Proven experience leading large‑scale OT security programs—risk assessments, architecture, SOC integration, incident response.
• Track record of client‑facing leadership and stakeholder management at senior levels within complex organisations.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems vendors:
  Honeywell, Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric, ABB, Emerson.
• Relevant certifications: GICSP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent OT/ICS security credentials.
• Arabic language proficiency strongly preferred; strong English communication skills essential.
