Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nokia Net Guard Identity Access Management (NIAM) Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and telecom security environments. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, administering, integrating, and supporting Nokia Net Guard IAM solutions within enterprise and telecom infrastructures.

The ideal candidate should possess hands‑on experience in IAM/PAM technologies, Linux administration, directory services, authentication protocols, and security governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, administer, and support Nokia Net Guard Identity Access Management (NIAM) solutions.
• Manage privileged access controls, authentication mechanisms, and role-based access policies.
• Integrate NIAM with enterprise systems such as:
  • Active Directory
  • LDAP
  • RADIUS
  • TACACS+
  • SIEM platforms
  • OSS/BSS systems
• Configure and maintain:
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Privileged Session Management
  • Access Governance policies
• Monitor system health, logs, alerts, and audit trails.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of users and privileged accounts.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
