IFS Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Led end-to-end IFS ERP implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Conducted business process workshops to analyze As-Is processes and design optimized To-Be processes aligned with IFS best practices.
• Configured IFS Cloud modules based on functional and business requirements to ensure effective system delivery.
• Managed system testing cycles, SIT, UAT support, defect tracking, resolution, and deployment activities.
• Supported data migration validation, integration testing, and cutover go-live activities ensuring smooth implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ERP or EAM implementation, preferably IFS.
• Strong functional knowledge in one or more areas including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Field Service Management (FSM), Infrastructure, or Projects.
• Hands-on experience in system configuration, business workshops and customer-facing delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong English language skills spoken and written.
