Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant

Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia and hold a transferable Iqama.

Our consultancy client is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join a customer‑facing Microsoft Dynamics CRM engagement in Riyadh. This is a 12‑month extendable contract, requiring a senior, onsite consultant at Manager+ level with strong stakeholder‑facing and workshop‑led delivery experience. You will play a key role in the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to the client.

The role is highly customer‑facing and requires strong experience leading workshops, translating business requirements into functional solutions, and working closely with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Lead client workshops, requirement elicitation, and business process mapping
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for Dynamics CRM engagements
• Translate business needs into functional designs and user stories
• Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and delivery
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear functional guidance
• Support testing, UAT, and go‑live activities
• Ensure solutions align with best practices and client expectations

• 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CE)
• Senior‑level functional consulting experience
• Extensive experience in client‑facing roles and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to lead workshops and drive requirements independently
• Experience working on enterprise‑scale CRM programmes
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Arabic language skills (highly beneficial)

• Background in financial services or regulated environments
• Experience working on large‑scale digital transformation programmes
• Prior onsite delivery experience in the KSA market
