Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in managing SharePoint Server environments, including SharePoint 2016, 2019, and Online
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Project Management tools, specifically Microsoft Project Server
- Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining SharePoint workflows, libraries, and lists
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, and related infrastructure components
- Familiarity with Power Shell scripting for SharePoint and EPM administration
- Ability to customize and extend SharePoint using web parts, Info Path, and third‑party tools
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams
- Certifications in SharePoint (MCSA, MCSE)
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Office 365, and related cloud technologies
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
- Familiarity with Power BI, Teams, or other Microsoft 365 tools
