Data & AI Senior Consultant​/Associate Manager

Job Overview

Lead the delivery of client engagements in data science, AI, and Generative AI, driving enterprise AI transformation, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation initiatives.

• Develop Data & AI strategies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital transformation agendas.
• Design and deliver advanced analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions across cloud ecosystems (Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud, GCP).
• Implement LLM‑powered solutions, including RAG architectures, AI agents, prompt‑engineering frameworks, orchestration layers, and vector‑database integrations.
• Lead data architecture, modelling, and engineering activities: ETL/ELT pipelines, API integrations, and structured/unstructured data processing to maximize enterprise data value.
• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for predictive analytics, supervised/unsupervised learning, forecasting, NLP, recommendation engines, and quantitative analysis use cases.
• Set up scalable AI/ML deployment environments through MLOps practices; manage model lifecycle, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
• Execute data platform modernization, migration, and AI enablement initiatives with modern cloud‑native and enterprise data technologies.
• Implement enterprise data governance and Responsible AI frameworks, covering data quality, master data management, AI governance, security, compliance, and sovereignty.
• Support organizational adoption and business readiness for Data & AI solutions through stakeholder engagement, training, and operating‑model enablement.
• Contribute to business development: proposal development, thought leadership, and expansion of AI & Data offerings (accelerators, platforms).

• Strong foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI with proven delivery of enterprise AI use cases.
• Hands‑on experience with Python‑based AI/ML ecosystems (Pandas, Scikit‑learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Lang Chain).
• Experience designing and deploying LLM and Agentic AI solutions (RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, orchestration, vector databases).
• Knowledge of modern AI platforms and cloud ecosystems (Microsoft Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Experience with data engineering & architecture: ETL pipelines, APIs, structured/unstructured data, enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps & AIOps: model lifecycle management, monitoring, governance, scalable deployment.
• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, security, data sovereignty – especially for public‑sector and regulated industries in KSA/GCC.
• Experience with BI & visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Ability to translate business problems into AI‑driven operating models, analytics solutions, and transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to sector‑specific AI use cases across Government, Energy, Utilities, Retail, Transportation, Financial Services, Healthcare.
• Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation environments; integration with CRM, ERP, workflow, and customer platforms.
• Experience leading AI strategy, use‑case prioritization, PoCs, MVPs, and enterprise‑scale AI implementation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross‑functional product delivery teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
• 4–10 years of professional experience in Data Science, AI, Analytics, or Digital Transformation, preferably in consulting.
• Proven experience delivering AI/Data projects from strategy & use‑case definition through implementation & deployment.
• Experience working with enterprise and government stakeholders in KSA or the GCC.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, AI, or analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI, Databricks) are a plus.

• Fluency in English and Arabic (required). Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.
• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Ability to manage work streams independently and contribute to proposal development, business development activities, and client relationship management.
• Strong relationship‑management skills; ability to build networks and influence stakeholders effectively.
