We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Command Center Analyst to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment and enjoy solving technical issues, this role is for you!
Role OverviewAs part of the Command Center team, you will monitor systems, manage alerts, and ensure smooth IT service operations while supporting end users and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage alerts in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Provide support for Command Center operations
- Work in rotational shifts (24/7 coverage)
- Fulfil IT service requests raised by users
- Respond to service desk calls and emails promptly
- Prepare and maintain operational reports
- Support Shift Leads and Team Leads in daily activities
- Experience in IT support, service desk, or command center environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus
