Overview
Currently looking for an IT Administrator to join a forward-thinking organization in Riyadh. If you're someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving systems, and keeping operations running smoothly - this role could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities- Administering and maintaining Windows workstations - setup, configuration, and updates
- Managing antivirus, backups, and system security
- Supporting video conferencing tools (e.g. Yealink, Logitech Meet Up)
- Configuring routers, switches, VLANs, and access points
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and network issues
- Managing user access, Wi‑Fi networks, and access control systems (ACS)
- Tracking IT assets and maintaining accurate inventory records
- 3+ years' experience in IT support or systems administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments and basic networking
- Experience with routers, switches, and access points
- Skilled in diagnosing network issues (ping, trace route, IP conflicts, etc.)
- Familiarity with CCTV or access control systems is a plus
- Proactive mindset, strong organization, and attention to detail
- English fluency;
Arabic language skills are an advantage
