The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), while also supporting Dev Ops practices to enable fast, reliable software delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on OCI, including compute, networking, storage, IAM, and security components.
- Architect and maintain OCI-native services such as VCN, OKE, Object Storage, and Load Balancers.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, manage costs, and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
- Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with software development teams to align infrastructure with application requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation of infrastructure, processes, and runbooks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, including hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, VPN, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Comfortable working in Linux environments with scripting skills in Bash and/or Python.
- Experience with Dev Ops tooling and practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Git and version control best practices.
- Experience with multi‑cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with OCI Dev Ops Service or OCI Container Engine (OKE).
- Experience with security hardening and cloud compliance frameworks.
- Experience with Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, or similar automation tools.
