IT Analyst

The IT Site Support Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing IT support to associates in Bangalore (IDC) Sites. This includes PC hardware and software support, infrastructure support and maintenance, network monitoring and maintenance, application support and local telecommunication support. Assists with the overall planning of changes or upgrades and is responsible for their implementation. Will be asked to help with support and work on projects for other sites and/or on regional level.

This position is part of the Global IT Organization located in Bangalore and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

• Install, configure, deploy and maintain PC hardware, MS operating systems and software. Provide support for O365 platform (SharePoint, One Drive, Power BI, etc.).
• Provide phone, e-mail/instant messaging and hands‑on support to associates and on other sites if required. Maintain records of incidents and request in ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents with computer systems, including hardware and software, messaging, network, printers, telephony, peripheral equipment and accessories; make repair and correction where necessary.
• Work with infrastructure support teams and external contractors to install, configure and deploy servers, network hardware and other infrastructure equipment. Provide hands‑on support when required.
• Maintain asset inventory of computers, infrastructure equipment, communication lines, applications, etc. Vendor and contract management. Assist with formulating of IT budget, plan IT expenses throughout the year and coordinate procurement of IT hardware and accessories.
