Forward Deployed Engineer

We’ve partnered with a stealth-mode AI delivery company operating at the heart of some of the most strategic initiatives in Saudi Arabia. They work directly with major enterprises and government-backed entities, embedding engineers on-site to build and deploy real AI systems in production – not just talk about them.

They are now looking for Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to join their founding team in KSA!

You’ll be embedded directly within client environments, working side-by-side with stakeholders to identify real business problems and build AI-driven solutions from scratch.

• Integrations with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

In simple terms:
You build it. You ship it. You own it.

• 4+ years of experience in backend / data / software engineering
• Python wizard
• Exposure to AI / LLMs / data pipelines (RAG, agents, etc.)
• Strong communication skills – able to work directly with clients
• Comfortable working on-site and traveling across the region
• Arabic fluency is the cherry on top
• Salary:
  Up to 75,000 SAR/month + 20% bonus (mid-level roles range between 40–50K SAR/month)
