Siebel​/OPA Developer

We are currently looking for a skilled Siebel OPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Siebel CRM and Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OPA/OIA) solutions, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise solutions in alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

• Gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements for Siebel CRM and Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OPA/OIA) solutions.
• Collaborate closely with IT, development, and project teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of requirements.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including design, development, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.
• Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment of requirements.
• Design and develop Siebel CRM components, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business rules defined in OPA/OIA.
• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms for requirement tracking and documentation.
• Monitor development progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.

• 3–6 years of experience as a Siebel Developer
• Must have at least one project experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA / OPA)
• Strong experience in Siebel CRM development, configuration, and customization
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and solution specifications
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional technical teams
