Data & Digital Solutions Partner

CE & Projects Department
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Are you ready to shape the future of digital engagement and digital health in one of Novo Nordisk's most dynamic markets? Join us in Saudi Arabia and help build the platforms, ecosystems and data solutions that will transform how millions of patients and consumers experience healthcare.

Your new role

As our new Data & Digital Solutions Partner, you will own the execution of digital projects, channel optimization and platform management across our Saudi Arabia affiliate. You will be the driving force behind best-in-class consumer and customer experiences, working at the intersection of business strategy, technology and patient impact.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building, maintaining and upgrading Novo Nordisk-owned digital platforms and solutions, including consumer engagement platforms, digital health solutions and patient support ecosystems.
  • Leading the development of data solutions across the business value chain to support strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities and platforms to drive business growth and enhance customer and consumer engagement through digital ecosystems and data-driven solutions.
  • Overseeing the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of local digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with the broader Novo Nordisk ecosystem.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams locally, regionally and globally, as well as with external technology partners, to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Ensuring strong governance, compliance and alignment of all digital solutions with business needs, regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
  • Supporting the rollout of new digital capabilities and contributing to the evolution of omnichannel, digital marketing and digital health initiatives.
Your new department

As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. Covering 194 countries and 95% of the world's population, more than 18,000 of us work passionately to serve 35 million patients each day. With a promise to outperform the competition, we continue to be the growth driver for Novo Nordisk, and to improve health at scale across the globe.

You will join the CE & Projects department in Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to the Director of CE & Projects. Working closely with our local Leadership Team, frontline Marketing, Medical, Sales & Access colleagues, and global Digital & CE teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage with customers and consumers in one of our most strategically important markets.

Your

skills & qualifications

We're looking for a digitally savvy, outcome-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and knows how to turn customer insight into impactful business action. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • A university degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Computer Science or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar, ideally within IT strategy) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Data & Digital solutions implementation, digital/IT/business management, or a related discipline – ideally gained in FMCG, life sciences or another regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, digital health and patient services solutions, website and social media analytics tools, paid media channels and web traffic drivers.
  • A demonstrated track record of managing large-scale projects that deliver tangible business outcomes, paired with strong analytical capability, strategic leadership and the ability to synthesise insights into clear direction.
