The role is responsible for supporting channel partners and Kaspersky Lab sales team members in convincing customers about Kaspersky expertise and products, winning over competition, and performing POCs with positive feedback. The Pre Sales Manager primarily provides pre‑sales technical support, identifying customer requirements and designing commercially viable solutions from within Kaspersky’s product portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Be the technology strategy trusted advisor for key accounts.
  • Help the sales team establish and drive Kaspersky Enterprise portfolio selling by aligning customer priorities with Kaspersky Lab strategic capabilities.
  • Position Kaspersky’s security vision across all customers.
  • Provide PoC and PoV of Kaspersky products and services for prospects.
  • Demonstrate Kaspersky products at customer sites and events.
  • Support sales team during RFP stages and assist with technical proposal creation.
  • Prepare BOM specifications and territory‑aligned materials for presales activities including tailored technical presentations.
  • Coach and develop technical teams of enterprise partners to enhance product knowledge, technical acumen, and sales skills.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in cyber‑security pre‑sales management or 5 years in cyber‑security technical positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Preferred certifications in IT security.
  • Deep knowledge of security technologies such as EP, EDR, Anti‑APT, and threat intelligence.
  • Experience interacting with end users, top executives, and managers.
  • Knowledge of competitors’ solutions portfolio.
  • Experience working on large‑scale projects and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.
