DevSecOps Lead Engineer

We are seeking a Dev Sec Ops  Lead Engineer to recreate strategy for a multi-vendor environment supporting applications of all types.

This opportunity is suitable for an experienced technical leader who is committed to improving system resilience, secure automation, and operational excellence.

IMPORTANT:
The position requires flexibility, as you will work 50% remotely from Poland and 50% onsite at the customer’s offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving regular business travel, standard workweek Sunday–Thursday.

• Provide technical leadership for the design and implementation of secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Define and enforce security standards, policies, and best practices across development, testing, and production environments.
• Design and implement secure cloud architectures and network segmentation for hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Mentor and train engineering teams on secure development practices and incident response procedures.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to balance security, usability, and delivery velocity.
• Contribute to incident investigations, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement of security operations.
