• 20+ years in QA / software testing /Test Management/Delivery Leadership
• Owns overall quality and timely delivery
• Responsible for program governance, SLA compliance, and stakeholder reporting
• Strong expertise in QA lifecycle, test strategy, and governance
• Experience in automation, performance, and API testing
• Knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD practices
• Team leadership and mentoring
• Delivery governance & risk management

• Ensure end-to-end quality delivery across projects/programs
• Drive test governance, planning, execution oversight, and reporting.
• Monitor delivery against KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks
• Define and implement QA strategy, test frameworks, and methodologies
• Oversee functional, automation, performance, and UAT.
• Ensure coverage across SIT, E2E, regression, and non-functional testing

• Act as primary liaison with business, product, and engineering teams
• Provide status reporting, dashboards, and executive communication
• Align testing objectives with business and program outcomes
• Lead and mentor QA managers, leads, and testers
• Manage resource planning, capacity, and skill allocation
• Build high-performing QA teams and drive cross-skilling initiatives

• Ensure process compliance and adherence to quality standards

• Drive automation strategy and shift-left testing practices
• Promote continuous testing, Dev Ops, and CI/CD integration
