We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) professional with strong expertise in lifecycle and process management to oversee, govern, and continuously improve ITSM processes across both on-premise and cloud-based Service Now environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing ITSM operations, ensuring service delivery excellence, implementing process improvements, and supporting technical enhancements through development and integration activities.

This role requires a combination of functional ITSM knowledge, Service Now administration capabilities, troubleshooting expertise, and hands-on technical skills to support change requests, integrations, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Govern, manage, and optimize ITSM processes across Service Now environments.
  • Handle Incident Management, Change Management, Request Management, and overall service delivery governance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for ITSM operations and workflows.
  • Implement, manage, and support change requests within the Service Now platform.
  • Configure and maintain Service Now components, including MID Servers.
  • Support API and web service integrations between Service Now and external systems.
  • Ensure proper ITIL-based ticket classification, prioritization, and process compliance.
  • Troubleshoot platform, workflow, and integration-related issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to enhance service management capabilities.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and technical implementations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) lifecycle and process management.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Now in both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Good understanding of Incident, Change, and Request Management processes.
  • Experience with Service Now MID Server configuration and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of API and web service integrations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic to intermediate coding/scripting skills for implementing and managing change requests.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ITIL or Service Now certifications will be considered an advantage.
