• 5+ years experience in developing IVR systems.
• Design & Development:
  Create and maintain call flows, IVR scripts, and (VXML) applications.
• System Integration:
  Integrate IVR systems with backend CRM databases, web services, and APIs.
• Platform Maintenance:
  Configure and maintain platforms like Cloud/Composer, Avaya Aura/Experience Portal, Zoom, Cisco or Twilio.
• Telephony Protocols:
  Strong knowledge of SIP and VoIP.
• Database:
  Experience with SQL, Oracle, or other database technologies.
