Manager​/Senior Manager - Network Audit

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong market connect in public and private sector and across industries like Telecom industries, Passive Infrastructure Service Providers, Data centres Service Providers etc.
• Lead and contribute to developing and executing Telecom Sector specific go-to-market strategies. Identify potential business development opportunities.
• Engage clients at the CxO level to lead innovation pursuits. Represent Protiviti at key regional industry forums. Maintain healthy relationship with all levels of the client personnel at all times.
• Train and provide guidance to junior staff in their areas of work for all round development.
• Lead engagements and drive (internal, client and third-party vendor mix) teams in audit execution. Capable to handle multiple assignments across various industries.
• Carry out assignments as per the Project plan and within the allocated time budget. Will be responsible for end to end project lifecycle (creating opportunities, codes, managing hours, client, delivering commitments, raising invoices, following up payments, code closure, maintaining repository).
• Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with Telecom Network technologies, including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, as well as Transmission technologies (Microwave, FTTH, DWDM), and Core networks (Circuit-Switched and Packet-Switched).
• Significant operational or engineering experience in Telecom Network Operator or Service Provider environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract, process, and transform data effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SQL is preferred.
• Ability to identify and evaluate risks associated with telecom network operations and to propose and implement effective mitigation strategies and controls.
• Capable of recommending improvements to telecom network processes, methodologies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize operational risks.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, security professionals, and compliance officers, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Willingness to stay abreast of evolving technologies, industry trends, and regulatory developments impacting core network operations. Adaptability to new tools and methodologies.
• Flexibility to travel and work in other locations is required.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in related Telecom field preferable in internal audit, consulting, advisory, professional services and/or industry.
• Proven track record in conducting internal audits within telecommunications or networking environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and effectively communicate with stakeholders and management. Arabic reading / speaking candidate will be preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or equivalent certifications would be advantageous.

Bachelor's or master's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field is preferred. MBA from premium colleges will be plus.

Selected personnel will be based out of Riyadh, KSA.
