PKI Operations Engineer; Saudi National

About the Role

We are seeking a PKI Operations Engineer to join our cybersecurity operations team in Riyadh. This role is focused on the day‑to‑day administration, monitoring, support, and maintenance of enterprise PKI environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands‑on experience working with PKI solutions, preferably Entrust and/or Keyfactor, and a strong understanding of certificate lifecycle management and operational support.

• Manage and support daily PKI operations, ensuring high availability and reliability of PKI services.
• Perform certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and lifecycle management activities.
• Administer and maintain Entrust PKI and/or Keyfactor platforms.
• Monitor PKI infrastructure health, performance, and security.
• Support Certificate Authorities (CA), Registration Authorities (RA), OCSP, and CRL services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PKI‑related incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
• Execute PKI maintenance activities, upgrades, patching, and system health checks.
• Work with application, infrastructure, and security teams to support certificate integrations and deployments.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and runbooks.
• Support audit, compliance, and security requirements related to PKI operations.
• Participate in on‑call support and incident management activities when required.
• Assist with automation initiatives to improve certificate lifecycle management processes.

• Saudi National (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in PKI administration or PKI operations.
• Experience with Entrust PKI and/or Keyfactor Certificate Lifecycle Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of X.509 Certificates, SSL/TLS Certificates, Certificate Lifecycle Management, Certificate Authorities (CA), Registration Authorities (RA), CRL and OCSP, Digital Certificates and Cryptography Fundamentals.
• Experience supporting Microsoft ADCS environments.
• Familiarity with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Basic scripting skills using Power Shell, Python, or similar tools.

• Experience supporting enterprise or government PKI environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and operational support frameworks.
• Entrust, Keyfactor, Microsoft, or cybersecurity-related certifications.
• Experience with ticketing systems and service management platforms.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Operational support and incident management experience.
• Attention to detail and process‑oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
