Manager – IAM & Archer Presales (Bilingual)

We are seeking an experienced Manager – IAM & Archer Presales to lead client engagements, solution consulting, and business development initiatives across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and RSA Archer GRC, coupled with extensive experience in presales, stakeholder management, and solution architecture.
The role requires working closely with clients, sales teams, and delivery teams to design and position innovative cybersecurity and GRC solutions that address business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end presales engagements for IAM and Archer opportunities.
- Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
- Develop solution architectures, implementation approaches, and strategic roadmaps.
- Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, technical proposals, and commercial bid submissions.
- Create compelling business cases and value propositions for prospective clients.
- Partner with sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling cybersecurity and GRC services.
- Support account growth and revenue targets within the KSA market.
- Provide thought leadership on IAM, Governance Risk & Compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and presales team members.
- Contribute to service offerings, solution accelerators, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7–12 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IAM, GRC, or related consulting domains.
- Proven experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Advisory, or Business Development roles.
- Strong hands‑on and functional expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Strong experience with RSA Archer GRC platform and related governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Experience managing enterprise client engagements and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
