Amazon Web Services Infrastructure Delivery owns the end‑to‑end design, planning, delivery, and operation of the global AWS infrastructure footprint – the backbone that enables the cloud to operate  teams support every AWS data center and the full stack of critical infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems, ensuring customers maintain continuous access to the services and innovation they depend on.

We are seeking an  Technician to support network infrastructure deployment and expansion within our next‑generation data center environments.

Key qualifications include strong technical judgment, disciplined operational practices, and proven experience supporting large‑scale enterprise infrastructure deployments. Success in this role requires implementation and troubleshooting capabilities, structured documentation practices, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and operational stakeholders.

• Support deployment of next‑generation network infrastructure across global data centers.
• Perform rack installation, structured cabling, hardware deployment, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and accurate delivery at scale.
• Work closely with Network Engineering, Operations, Security, and Logistics teams to execute infrastructure builds with precision and efficiency.
• Operate with strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments.
• Proactively identify risks, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and deliver consistent operational excellence across complex, high‑impact deployments.

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in computer networking.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networks.
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies.
• Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Knowledge of network design, protocols and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting.

• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
• Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Knowledge of server hardware and components.
