Responsible for planning, designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SD/CS solutions within the S/4
HANA environment. The role ensures efficient execution and optimization of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, seamless integration with other SAP modules, and delivery of assigned projects aligned with business requirements.
- Configure SAP SD modules in S/4
HANA, including Sales Documents, Pricing, Business Partner, Output Determination, Shipping, Delivery, and Billing - Ensure integration with SAP FI (Finance) and SAP MM (Materials Management)
- Business Requirement Analysis
- Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Logistics to gather requirements
- Analyze and document business processes and prepare BRDs and Functional Specifications (FS)
- Recommend SAP best practices aligned with business needs
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Prepare and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system defects
- Ensure quality and stability of SAP solutions
- Provide L2/L3 support and resolve complex SAP SD issues
- Analyze root causes and recommend enhancements
- Support post-go-live activities and system improvements
- Work closely with SAP FI, MM, and PP teams to ensure seamless integration
- Ensure accurate data flow across modules and systems
- Training & Documentation
- Develop user manuals, configuration documents, and technical documentation
- Ensure all documentation is up to date
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in SAP/ERP implementation and support
- Minimum one full lifecycle SAP implementation (SD/CS preferred)
- Hands‑on experience in SAP SD and S/4
HANA environment - Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Experience in integration with SAP FI and MM modules
- SAP certification is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
