Job Title: Technical Implementation Specialist
Term: 12 months
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Relevant experience: 5-8 years of experience
Mandatory requirements:
- Proven experience in payment systems implementation, preferably with CORE+, MDES, or tokenization platforms.
- Solid understanding of cryptography fundamentals and key life-cycle management.
- Experience with simulators, certification environments, and API-based integration workflows.
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to support end‑to‑end onboarding of customers under an existing processor environment, specifically CORE+ with MDES. The ideal candidate will manage full engagement lifecycle activities—including project management, technical configuration, key management, simulator execution, testing, certification support, and MDES Manager setup. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are essential for success in this role.
TASKSCore Responsibilities and Accountabilities Implementation & Integration
- Lead and execute the technical onboarding of customers within the CORE+ with MDES ecosystem.
- Configure and manage MDES Manager setup and related system parameters.
- Support cryptographic key management processes in compliance with security standards.
- Run simulators and tools necessary for validation, certification, and testing activities.
- Manage customer engagements end‑to‑end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact between internal teams, processors, and customers.
- Prepare project documentation, including implementation plans, status updates, and issue logs.
- Coordinate and execute testing cycles, including functional, integration, and certification activities.
- Analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and support customers through resolution.
- Ensure compliance with processor and network requirements for MDES‑related functionalities.
- Deliver clear, structured communication to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, security, and processor teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct customer workshops, demos, and technical training sessions when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in payment systems implementation, preferably with CORE+, MDES, or tokenization platforms.
- Solid understanding of cryptography fundamentals and key life‑cycle management.
- Experience with simulators, certification environments, and API‑based integration workflows.
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple customers and work streams simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication—written and verbal.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with card processing, tokenization, or mobile payments ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Mastercard technologies and certification processes.
- Knowledge of ISO 8583, APIs, and payment switching systems.
- PMP, Scrum, or similar project management certification (optional but beneficial
