Senior Solutions Pre Sales Consultant

Key roles and responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements Egypt
• Analyze customer requirements, design and architect comprehensive IT solutions, including all software aspects that align with clients’ business goals
• Work closely with the development team to ensure providing the best solution to the customers and smooth handover in the execution phase
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the new technologies and of any changes in the current technologies and its roadmap
• Conducting engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the product.
• Understand, analyze and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with comprehensive and competitive proposals
• Addressing technical inquiries while analyzing the RFPs
• Developing detailed proposals that include costs, deliverables, timelines, and other relevant information.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• 8+ years in System architecture, technical sales or Pre-sales role.
• Very good knowledge and practice in different technologies such as AI, business automation and RPA Good knowledge of low code/no code tools
• Basic knowledge of cloud and cyber security Knowledge of CRM, contact center and enterprise applications is a plus Proven Technical and IT Services pre-sales experience.
• Knowledge of software development cycle
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications is a plus
