Solution Architect - ICT

FAMA Technologies is looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join its ICT department in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre‑sales activities and at least 5+ years of experience working with Cisco and Fortinet solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of ICT infrastructure, security, and networking technologies, along with the ability to engage with clients, design tailored solutions, and support business growth.

• Lead pre‑sales activities, including client requirement gathering, solution design, and technical presentations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.
• Design and develop comprehensive ICT solutions, covering networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and align solutions to meet their objectives.
• Provide technical consultancy on Cisco and Fortinet products, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Support proof‑of‑concept (PoC) deployments and technical evaluations for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ICT, networking, and cybersecurity.

• 5+ years of experience in ICT solution architecture, pre-sales, and technical consulting.
• Strong expertise in Cisco and Fortinet solutions (certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or NSE 4-7 are highly desirable).
• Hands‑on experience in networking, security, firewalls, SD‑WAN, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Knowledge of industry standards and security compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Experience with enterprise ICT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Knowledge of AI‑driven networking and automation technologies is a plus.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and supporting RFP processes.
