Position Overview

Client Success Manager – own and develop relationships with clients, promote the use of accesso services and products, and help our clients sell tickets, streamline operations, drive revenue, and improve the end‑customer experience.

As a member of the Client Operations team, you will provide operational assistance, collaborate with peers, and develop creative solutions to everyday challenges.

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Reports to: Director of Operations

Travel requirement: Up to 40% across KSA, occasional travel to Dubai, UAE

What You’ll Be Working On
  • Maintain and build outstanding lines of communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for software development.
  • Support third parties during integration activities with Horizon.
  • Oversee new and existing clients, leading technical and functional client activities proactively.
  • Manage high‑level client service issues, researching and resolving them quickly.
  • Contribute to overall growth and profitability by up‑selling additional services, higher utilization, and renewal contracts.
  • Conduct demos for clients on new system features and implementations.
  • Advise clients on industry best practice and optimal software use.
  • Provide training to end‑users and support teams on systems and applications.
  • Manage client support notifications, requests, and Service Desk tickets.
  • Perform testing on new releases and troubleshoot with the development team.
  • Evaluate processes and suggest improvements for internal and external operations.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including system manuals, user guides, and technical specifications.
  • Support the accesso sales team in preparing and demoing the Horizon solution.
What You Bring To

The Role
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, or holidays during seasonal peaks.
  • Previous account management experience, ideally supporting enterprise‑level clients in the theme park or leisure industry in the Middle East.
  • General computer skills, including the Microsoft suite and Outlook.
  • Experience with web‑based technology.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage daily responsibilities with minimal direction.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in eCommerce, ticketing, or guest‑facing service industry.
  • Arabic language knowledge.
  • Experience with Horizon/VGS ticketing software or similar.
