- Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives, build executive relationships, and drive multi-million-dollar service opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and architecture teams to assess client requirements, technical needs, and business objectives.
- Scope, size, and commercialize solutions to ensure alignment with customer expectations, delivery capability, and profitability targets.
- Stay current on Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide differentiated client insights and positioning.
- Lead client workshops, presentations, and executive discussions by translating complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
- Support the full sales lifecycle through technical guidance, solution design, proposal development, and strategic account planning.
- Drive cross-sell and AI growth initiatives within accounts while contributing to team capability building and exceeding sales targets.
- Client-facing experience with a proven track record in strategic sales planning, business development, and enterprise-level account growth.
- Proven ability to penetrate accounts: multi-threading, org mapping, and securing senior stakeholder access.
- Track record of winning and delivering large-scale professional services engagements and multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with pace and precision across complex, multi-stakeholder deal environments.
- Strong team player — able to work collaboratively within a presales team and with broader sales, delivery, and marketing stakeholders.
