Senior Server Administrator

A Senior Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of systems and services. The role includes administration of on‑premises and cloud environments, with a focus on Active Directory and Microsoft Azure.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, and network services.
• Administer and support Active Directory (AD), including user accounts, groups, permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Manage Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD, virtual machines, storage, and cloud resources.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
• Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security hardening.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, server, and user access issues.
• Implement and maintain IT security best practices.
• Support email systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365).
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain system documentation and IT asset records.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

6 - 8+ years of experience in system administration.

Arab.

• Strong experience with Windows/Linux Server administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory (AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, VM management, cloud services).
